SHERYL SIM PEI-YEE
Sheryl Sim Pei-Yee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cardiff University and a Master of Laws with a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology from Berkeley Law, University of California. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012. Sheryl is qualified to practise in both Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
Sheryl’s portfolio includes corporate and commercial law, and conveyancing practices. She is well versed in corporate real estate, corporate finance and banking, as well as the handling of commercial conveyancing transactions. Her clientele ranges from large multinational corporations and government linked companies (GLCs), to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and domestic organisations.
