JASNEETA KAUR BHULLAR
Jasneeta Kaur Bhullar graduated from Northumbria University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and holds a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from Nottingham Trent University. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2017 and is qualified to practice in both Malaysia and the United Kingdom.
Jasneeta holds a diverse portfolio in litigation and dispute resolution. Her current practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholders’ disputes, contractual breaches, insolvency matters, involving companies, businesses, GLCs and non-profit organizations. She has also handled contentious tortious claims and employment disputes. Jasneeta has appeared as counsel at various levels of Courts in Malaysia, up to the Court of Appeal.
