KAVISHA KAUR SATPAL SINGH
Kavisha Kaur graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.) from Multimedia University and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2025.
Kavisha is a litigator with a growing practice in construction and engineering disputes, employment law, and industrial relations. She assists in advising and representing corporate clients in contentious matters before the Courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings and statutory adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).
Her construction practice involves assisting in disputes arising from building and construction contracts, consultancy agreements, and related contractual claims. She is regularly involved in drafting cause papers, preparing submissions, and supporting dispute strategy in complex matters.
In employment and industrial relations matters, Kavisha advises and acts for both employers and employees in disputes relating to disciplinary action, termination of employment, and claims before the Industrial Court, as well as related civil court proceedings.
Outside the courtroom, Kavisha enjoys art and creative pursuits, which she believes help sharpen perspective and creativity in addressing intricate legal issues. Known for her enthusiasm and curiosity, she values balance in both her professional and personal life, and approaches her work with dedication and a genuine passion for the law.
