Ameer Imran Jailani graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2025.
Ameer’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and property-related transactions matters, including conducting due diligence, drafting of shareholder agreements and advising clients on sale and purchase agreements for both individuals and corporate entities. He continuously strives to enhance his legal knowledge and skillset in order to deliver reliable legal service to the Firm’s clients.
